My name is Shane Lester, and I hold a master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. I'm a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. I have nearly 10 years of experience working in the mental health field across a variety of settings and populations. Additionally, I have extensive experience—spanning almost a decade—working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
